When you call you will get an attorney licensed to practice in Oregon, who has been preparing LLCs in Oregon since 1995. You will NOT get an out-of-state attorney, unaware of Oregon law, or an internet “attorney” who may not even be licensed.

We can take the necessary business information over the phone. When you come in to pick up and sign your documents you will be provided with up to 30 minutes of time to consult with an attorney and ask questions relating to your new LLC. The documents we prepare include the Articles of Organization, a comprehensive Operating Agreement, and for two member LLCs, a detailed buyout agreement in the event the members decide to go about their separate ways.

If you are out of the immediate central Oregon area, we can arrange to provide you with your documents either by mail or fax (next business day service may not be available).
